Right. Total update to a finished v1. 
For this to work at it's best you will also need Nisse's 3IconMenu or another program that enables a transparent tab bar... like Singh's slider bar.
This will make the Sillhouette slider stand out more.

Attached are a Cab file for complete install (please remember to uninstall any other cab themes for neatness).
A cab file for the slider alone which you may need while installing 3 icon menu or singhs transparent bar.
And a .zip file which you can rename to .theme and use with diamond 3dconfig or just unzip directly to windows.
And a throttlelock skin to be unzipped to the skin folder of throttlelock.
