Apex Launcher
All the writing is done with minimalistic text
i change the icon for the launcher to the monkey using MIUI icons.

minimalistic text is pretty good, I used it when I had an HTC Sensation.

Here is the dock and a few walls the "dock icons" are part of the dock.
Here is a White SGS3 PSD and a Blue SGS3 PSD I put together, the blue one is a little rough but both are easy to use to place your screen shots into for display for those that want that. There is also a png image in there for those who do not have Photoshop.

That's mine for now. The dock icons are imaginary MetroStation, and you can see some nice imaginary Desktop Visualizer folder shortcuts on the right of the screen, imaginary Beautiful Widgets weather and of course imaginary Minimalistic Text. Also, sorry about the nude girl picture there. I noticed it after uploading. What was I thinking?8
