SM-P600 keeps crashing after reaching welcome screen

i flashed stock rom onto my galaxy 2014 edition note and as i proceeded to click start at the welcome screen all the google apps begin to crash following the tablet restarting to a samsung boot logo at which nothing happens , the device is also out of warranty so there is no returning

You can boot it into download mode (Turn off device, then hold power and volume down buttons) and try to flash it again with odin.

trust me i did that more than enough times , with different sammobile firmwares of my device from different countries

procedure of complete wipe

had the same problem on my sm-p600 , solved in 10 minutes.

1.flash stock recovery with odin,
2.boot into stock recovery,
3.wipe cache , data.
4. boot into download mode .
5. flash twrp with odin.
6. boot into twrp
7. flash note 10.1 2014 rom of your choice ( for example: Hyperdrive+RLS3)
