ZL die suddenly when the battery reaches 40%

I have a problem with cm-11-20140815-Nightly-odin.zip
when the battery reaches 40%, ZL experienced sudden death
when I charge the battery
indication of the battery becomes 1%

if anyone is experiencing the same thing?
please solution for this problem

Happen twice to me within 2 month due to battery failure. Battery need to be replace with new one.
First case, flashed stock firmware 4.4.2 from sony, battery died in 2 days after and new battery replaced.

Flashed custom rom carbon..everything run smooth. Last week i'm flashed back stock firmware 4.4.2 and battery died again.

Just get new battery replacement today and manage reassembled my own.

I am currently looking for a solution with google
I found this problem also occurs with the CM10 and still no solution.

I thought the problem was resolved when cm11 release
but it was still the same problem.

I have seen this same with stock 4.4 and two new batteries. One new battery shut down at 20% and the second (because I thought the first was faulty) shuts down at 14%. I am convinced its a calibration issue but there is no way I can see to force calibration.
