ok my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4, I'm running Wicked Rom V10 on a fully rooted phone, and everything is great, but if I turn my phone off completely say so I can remove and clean the otterbox, when I turn it back on it turns on ins safe mode, all I have to do though is reboot.
Why is that?
