I managed it by using DAP, as suggested earlier in the thread.
I'm uploading it to Minus if anyone needs it. But it's taking an absolute age to upload it.

For the myTouch 4G, I don't get past the splash screen. It reboots to the splash continuously. Any ideas? Thanks.

do a full wipe like wipe all partitions and then wipe data factory reset

You don't need it, it's stock runnymede(like rcmixv4 and affinity and smartdroid, etc...)
is there anyway to implement latest adreno 205 drivers. I heard that they're being used in current ICS rom by LC but the rom isn't stable enough which would take some time. There's definitely a huge boost with those drivers and that would make GB a perfect rom until sense 4 is completely out.
Stop asking this, ics driver are not for gb
