I tried to install over my current install to use the xloud mod... Does it effect headphone volume? is there a setting that needs to be tweaked/switched for it to work? Seems beats stuck around, as I did not wipe anything.... Hopefully I haven't screwed anything up...

I love how it sounds with beats but, my headphones are just too quiet. Is there any other way to increase the audio level on the headphones?

Makes no sense.... You know it's not really rebooting as such? System Tuner seems the biggest issue to me after a day of testing...

System tuber is a good tool, is not clear from bug and it drain fast the battery. So i have unistalled it and I now my battery drain slowly than before :p

im getting an evo 3d, luckily its been rooted, cwm installed and s-off, im going to flash this rom, will i need to format my sd card with an ext4 partition? i see on the op lee recommends using ext4 recovery, im just used to cwm normal, so ill stick with it for a bit, thanks for helping

Damn, you guys are really slow...
The first thing Lee told me when I joined the EVO. System Tuner to get a base of init.d scripts, then freeze it !!!
Maybe if you uninstall all those tools you have to monitor your phone, it will feel lighter...

I know, even if it's written, I also needed to ask to be sure :D

I don't know if it has been useful one day, but the thing I know is that it's really pure placebo now !!
Just read a little bit of what you flash...
I've done it, and I can say that all that is needed is already done by Lee's scripts :cool:

Basically what he didnt say but should have said instead of being condescending is you'll have the option to do a full wipe when you flash the rom, you dont need any other "wipe" file, its all in the rom.

Ran it towards the end of my desire days and was gutted when I got the evo and there was no official version... Now madmaxx82 is fully behind his version..

There's a very strange thing:
I tried this rom with hboot unlocked only, and s-on, and that was perfect!
full functionnal, and 2 full days of autonomy.
I put my phone s-off, and reinstalled this rom and the battery drain is 2 time faster!
my phone never stay more than 1 day, with cpu at max 1,2 ghz and push mail...
I hesite to reswitch my phone to s-on...
any idea?

Quick question.

How come the beats audio on virus' infectedrom is crystal clear/more bassy than lee's and most other roms?

I'm guessing its somehow edited/hacked. I use volume+ anyway but I'm intrigued by the differences in beats.

Can anyone shred some light? :)

    Hi All

    I just thought I should/would pop in a few of the threads and sadly say a little goodbye to all of you, sorry I never had the chance to return, life, work and time no longer permits me to uphold my commitments to xda and I am expecting to face a legal battle in the coming months for access too my 3 children.

    Had a fantastic run on xda over the last few years and I have made some great friends who I am sure I will remain in contact with for many years to come.

    All the best for 2013 and in your future endeavours, I will return one day.
