I hope Media Scanner is fixed. I'm on vacation with limited 3G internet, so I can't afford to download a whole ROM! Has anyone tried it?

That's not a problem for a rooted phone
If the Media Scanner is fixed, you can always replace the Vodafone bootanimation and use Root Uninstaller to delete a couple of Vodafone-specific apps!

So... media scanner is still slow. After using SDRescan is faster (the same result with as with V30A). Bootanimation is stock. No Vodafone stuff.

I guess fixing the media scanner so soon was too much to ask from LG! So, CM10 enriched with Defcomg's ArcCam+3DLibs and Ilie321's FM radio is still my best choice!

i flashed this new firmware but i don't see much differences between it and v30a

Can some one xplain why this rom is bigger then V30a?
what are you comparing with - KDZ, BIN, flashable ZIP?

5MB difference? maybe 5mb more LG stuff like GmsCore.apk (3.5MB) - google play services etc
