I can not find a telephone Xperia SP listing in the Program Update Service

I want him to take this program in the original copy of the software to support the language of my

Probably you use Windows 8 OS. You must run the Sony Update Sevice in compatibility mode for windows 7, afterward Xperia SP must appear in the list of models.

Find the program's shortcut, so it would be Sony Update Service either on the desktop or search for it (start menu? or whatever it is called in Win8), right click it go on properties, compatibility and change the 'run this program in compatibility mode for' setting to Windows 7.

Sony Update Service does not support this option

Maybe because it is a shortcut, go to where SUS is installed (Primary Drive/Program Files/...) find "Update Service.exe" and try the same on that.

If this doesn't work then I am not sure, you could try asking on the Sony forums where you can find Sony representatives who could give better, specific, help.
