[Q] Hangouts Crash on Video Chat

I was trying to Video Chat my dad and every time I try to start one, Hangouts Crashes. Anyone else having this problem? Camera apps work fine from the front and rear camera... Just so very strange that Hangouts video chat force closes.

Any help would be appreciated.
