Vabeachfc3s & halfcab123 bring you the one click back to stock 4.0.4. ICS for you guys who need to send your cdma gnex in for warranty/repairs or just want to start all over.

I am not responsible if it bricks your device. (It wont)
Do not!!!!!!!!! use this on gsm galaxy nexus as this tool flashes cdma radios.

This tool will unroot your galaxy nexus.
Tested on cdma nexus only
Flashes stock recovery
Wipes user data/cache

Doesnt matter what rom you are on.

DIRECTIONS......

need adb and fastboot working.
Plug device into computer
Make sure adb and fastboot is communicating

DIRECTIONS......

need adb and fastboot working.
Plug device into computer
Make sure adb and fastboot is communicating

Extract the zip to your desktop and run "restore4.0.4

Go make a sandwich

Takes about 5 mins to complete.

Phone will reboot then reboot again just let it do its thing.

Once at the welcome screen turn device off and boot into bootloader (vol- + &power) plug device in.
Navigate to fastboot. Commands you should know but for those who dont type.... fastboot oem lock.

100% stock ready for warranty/repairs.

Just confirming Verizon gnex actually got an ota for 4.0.4? I lost track and was never really waiting so i dont know if one was actually sent.

was this supposed to take me from "unlocked" to "locked" ? if not, how do I get there?

I ran this and it successfully took me back to stock rom/radios but i'm still unlocked.

Is this "failed" normal?

No problem....
It will not relock the bootloader. In the directions it says to relock by fastboot oem lock.

Glad ppl are using this.

First off that is hilarious, secondly this is a dumb question but it's been awhile since I've used adb. How do I ensure adb and fastboot are communicating? Also if my device won't boot but I can get into recovery and etc where should I be?

LOL heard that....my wife use to want my phone but after I rooted and changed roms shes like "I don't want your phone, you've probably messed it up by always messing with it"
