Stuck in start-up screen

I 'am running the Viper Rom on my HTC One Max International.
Now I rebooted today and the phone is hanging in the HTC startup screen. I can not
switch the phone off. How can I solve this?

You may use VOL up + POWER to force power off. Get into recovery, wipes dalvik and cache. Reboot and look if this help.
