Is this directed at me? If so I am running the v9 kernel.

Yea. Aeros kernel has under bolting and more governors. Try using incredicontrol
That's the thing. That governor isn't listed.

I want to report a bug with CM9 Music. I did a fresh install of AOKP build 33 (wiped data/cache/dalvik). I didn't restore any backup from apps like titanium or anything. This was a 100% clean install. I installed the Camera patch, Aero's v9 CM9 kernel AND my Mod to make search button a recent apps button. I also installed CM9 Music. Then, whenever I unplug the earphones, it causes the phone to reboot. Problem resolved upon uninstalling CM9 Music. I guess this combo is super bad! :/
Also, I noticed an improvement in call quality on Aero's kernel. I seem to have a slightly defective earpiece, which causes buzzing sounds on making calls. On Stock ROM and the AOKP ROM with default kernel, it causes a lot of annoying buzzing. On Aero's kernel, this buzzing is almost completely gone!!!
So happy with that kernel! +1 aerovan!
I don't have the issue you described with CM9 Music. I did have to flash the install of CM9 Music. I could not get the app to work by only installing the apk.

Idk why, but after the first boot I set it up and everything, and when hit the power button to see the lockscreen, and when the screen turned back on it went into a bootloop??? ALSO, my messaging app crashes after I open it, it won't let me see the lockscreen at all. And I'm still in a bootloop after a battery pull................
