[Q] Samsung SIII update software firm

I am trying to update my software on samsung SIII,. Everytime when I try to update it, it always comes up with a message that your "your phone is modified". What should I do to get rid of this message and get my phone update. Currently, I have 4.3 version running on my phone.

Your earliest reply will be appreciated.

try this

1. Un-mounted the inserted SD card.
2. Restart the device.
3. Go to Android recovery mode by pressing
the Power + Volume down button.
4. Select the "Wipe cache partition".
5. Restart the device after successful wipe.
6. Continue the normal steps for OTA
android update.

If you root your device i think you cant get any updates.
