SpbMobileShell is not a freeware so you have to register them.
Since SpbMobileShell on the TG01 was on it from the start, it's no problem to get a support for spb Reg.Nbr.-have also made I wrote this I uploaded a new official update and just because there is no there, a Reg.No. need and that came via email.
