Touch drivers

In the v8 (07.04.2012) and v1 there are the following drivers

8K_touchpdd_res_new.dll
CotullaTouch.dll
kmdtouch.dll
8K_touchpdd_res.dll

Please could you give us feedback which version are for which file especially for Andmin drivers?

The v1 after the audio custom tweak is stable and working the speaker during the phone to loud!
Additional input will have as soon as possible.....

Hi ansar, I am testing V1 8773 on my spare device, it seem rockstable so far.
Only thing I am missing is U2M8107 app. Tried to install it manually, but it says already installed and then fails.. like to install all my samsung and nokia stuff. Is there a way to get it working on this one. On other 8773 builds I get it working.

Someone please upload Final v6 8107 to a file share service that actually works. Rapidshare is rubbish, can't download.

U2M8107 is there, but you did something wrong?

Try to reinstall V1 or hard reset

If you use the kmdtouch.dll is working properly without issues.
The question is what is the differnce between kmdtouch.dll and 8K_touchpdd_res_new.dll or which is the versions of andim drivers?

This mean that you have 3 versions of touch versions with cotulla.dll.

anyone having trouble signing into their live account? been using same account for over a year on various rom with no probs but with V1 8773 seem to just hang at the sign in screen.

any help is much appreciated.

had the same problem while the installation-assistent set everything up. I just rebooted the phone and was able to add my live account manually under settings/accounts. It took a minute or two, but after that it could finally add the live account there.

The battery life for both versions is the best far away of other builds.

Especially with the following configuration:

Radio 2.15.50.14
SoftRadio 5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U

Hi,


I have informed at dev forum link

that MS allows now for each owner only 5 WP7 devices

with the same *@live.com e-mail and ActivationCode

Otherwise more devices (>5) must be deleted from zune

In any case the ROM provision for activation works fine

have hd2 and a activation code which i got 2 months ago from MS..NOW it means an AC works only 5 times to activate marketplace ? and after that again we have to get AC from MS ?

nice rom, 8773...almost perfect

problem: can't connect to wifi hotspot, browser is not started automaticly

suggestion: add wm device center in next version instead of those useless providers applications

No, it does not means that but this

A WP7 owner can activate only 5 devices with the same e-mail, AC

Each device can be activated many times without a limit

You most probably do not know how to connect to a wi-fi hotspot

Hi,

You also are confused!!

There are the following 2 ways that should know


1st to use LEO as a wi-fi hotspot

In this case enable LEO data connection

Then set APN to the operator data connection url

Finally tap on internet sharing

Now others can connect to LEO as a hopspot


2nd use another WP7 as a wi-fi hotspot

In this case the other device must do as above

Then LEO can see from wi-fi that device as a hotspot


The ROM outperforms in both ways and the matter is closed
