Sorry, only familiar with my phone (HTC Amaze). I suggest doing a search on the site and in the forums and seeing what you find.

yeah I have. Its listed.
do I first need to unlock the bootloader in order to root?

Anyone else get this to work on the Shift? There are like 5 posts saying it doesn't work and only this one says it does. I'm trying to get my friend's Shift rooted to run Wireless Tether, so I don't think I need full S-OFF, just root access. The ability to flash ROMs and whatnot isn't important. Will this tool be able to accomplish that? The 2.2 downgrade and root and reflash a 2.3.3 ROM route is pretty daunting...

I'd like more info for this as well since no one has gotten it to work on the shift that I've seen try it, including me.

I've gotten root but it has never stuck for very long.

Are you running 2.3.3?
Did root stick?
Did you get S-Off?
Process?

Hello , I` ve tried this tool on HTC Wildfire S , and just De/Re Sense works.
S-OFF DOESN`T work. Will HTC Wildfire S be soon added to supported list ?

    Step 2: Make sure USB Debugging is enabled
