as we all know. Vivid/Raider at some other country can now be unlocked by visiting htcdev. and we all know this does not apply to us AT&T at the moment.
some suggested maybe the unlock code bin is the same for all the vivid. which i tried. i was able to get my hand on a vivid token from china and receive a bin file from HTC Dev. sadly, this method does not work. the cmd simply says filed check. push unsuccessfully. but i figure id upload this bin file or others who are way more knowledge to have some fun with. maybe they can get more out of it than i do
