What do you mean by CM source? Does that mean it's CM stock kernel?
Yes its a stock CyanogenMod 10.2 kernel , I use their kernel as a base for my own , so I just added color control to the stock branch of my git and voila !

Actually, I was looking for a stock Google kernel.. Is that possible? No worries now, maybe wait till kit kat?
no doubt , i just didnt have th google source cloned on my machine .......anywho heres the same but its straight from google's omap git , AOSP stock with color control ,
