[ROM]Pure Google AOSP[4.2.1][1/19/2013]

What Is This? Its like the title says Pure Google AOSP no bells and whistles just pure stock unmodified android for the Verizon Sgs3...well besides the things needed to get the rom working....and yes its built from source =)

CyanogenMod for all the QCOM/SGS3 Fixes
Anyone who has contributed to the CM Project, noobnl, Invisiblek, aeroevan etc...
Team BAMF cause were BAMF =)
Preludrew of Evervolv because he always answers my aosp related questions

Regular AOSP/CM Rom Bugs

What Recovery? I currently run TWRP 2.3.3.0 because that's what supports Android 4.2.1 multi user and I like the UI

I Have No Signal etc.can't get past the activation screen. Tap the 4 corners of the screen to bypass activation screen then go into settings> more> mobile networks> and change CDMA Subscription to RUIM/SIM and System Select to Automatic then reboot...

Do I Full Wipe? I always full wipe and do the above.... =)

Let me Know if I missed anything =) enjoy

Oh I am not exactly responsible for what happens if you flash this rom but I kinda am so I'll help as much as I can to fix any issues that come to you as a result of flashing this rom LOL =D

I'll give this a try, but what are the benefits of pure AOSP?

Aren't CM and AOKP sufficient and more stable? They're already 90% AOSP and 10% hipster.

THANK YOU! I've never gotten to own a Nexus device and I'm not good enough to compile AOSP myself. Please make this completely stable and maintain it, I'll reallocate weed money into dev money. Promise.

If you want my platform_manifest etc so you can build the rom yourself ask and I'll find sometime to upload it for you

Does changing the settings from CDMA to RUIM/SIM have any effect on the performance or data usage? And also changing system select to Automatic what does that do?

The s3 needed this...definitely giving it a flash when some of those small bugs get worked out. Love this kind of plain old ROM.

Runs very smooth. Data works fine. Are the bugs the normal CM10 nightly bugs? I'd love to use this as a daily driver.

Ok so I tried this Rom for a lil while and everything seems to b running smooth. Just one thing, when I made a phone call with factory headphones I couldn't hear anything and they couldn't hear me. When I unplugged them it was fine. I also had no echo which was great. I even tried Ac!d audio v5 and then I couldn't hear not one sound. If u could look into this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Btw this thing seems to b a beast. I would love to run this daily.

It shouldn't you just need to do it because the phone does not set it as default that's kinda the issues with all or most 4.2.1 ROMs out there
