In my touchwiz camera theres a setting. Sdcard or extsdcard. If its on TW camera itll likely be on stock. Plus its a basic feature.

The only settings I've got are Store Location (which does nothing useful) and picture size. It's the actually specific folder they save to which I'm trying to change, not whether it's internal or external.

Cheers man. I've tried Google but that brought up no results for the n7. I've tried looking around the device itself to no avail either. I might try a different camera app which may give me more settings.
