[Resolved] Alert message!!!

Today, for the very first time, I got this strange alert on my phone. It even sounded differently when that came in. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or is there any setting on this ROM that allows these alerts to come in.

This is normal. It's part of the FCC's program. It'll send that to all phones on any carrier.

You can turn it off if you want. It's under the messaging settings.
