Looking for a Call Spammer (like WinMo)

I used to use an app for Windows Mobile that would spam somebody with calls, but I haven't been able to find something like this for Android. Is this because of some limitation in Android? I might want to try developing such an application if it doesn't exist.

Edit: The Winmo app was ZM Dialer

need a bump... never thought of finding a app like this.... got a friend.... begged me to give him wake up calls... 70+ calls and hes still fast asleep.... BORN PIG!
