Does this have the in call volume problem or the problem where you have to make 3 calls before calls work?

I notice a slight delay with any button action. If you're in an app and hit back there's about a one second delay. If you're on the home screen and hit menu you get the same delay. Build is very solid tho
Nope. Just ROM and gapps. Reboot doesn't seem to have fixed it. I'll try another clean install.

That's the built in "gestures" I was refering too.
I'm using this rom now.
Are the blobs from the Tmo version or was the vendor just taken from madmack?

Enable the screen shot option in the power menu. It's a hassle and not as cool as swiping hand across the screen or spen, but it will work for now lol
Glad you're using this rom now.
The blobs are a combination. The smdk4412-common are the same and the device specific are mostly from the t889.
Last time I was manual take screen shot by hold 3 button ..
8 limits thank per day...lol
@cmenard did u get the reboot to download mode working? When I built for spr gnote2 and vzw gnote2, I couldn't get that working without build errors.

any AOSP rom does NOT include modem, so it should be safe to flash on the 889v as well as most other LTE based GN2's.. :good:
And thanks so much cmenard for bringing us this awesome port.. keep up the good work! Forgot how much i'd missed all the Rom control options!

Newest change logs are available at the AOKP site
Flash Rom in CWM or TWRP
Wipe data/factory reset if you are coming from another ROM
Flash the zip
Wipe cache/dalvik cache
Then flash GApps.

All the device specific blobs have been updated to TMo 4.1.1 versions. The biggest improvement has been in updating the "common" blobs to the XXDLK7 4.1.2 versions. With the kernel updates paired with the 4.1.2 blobs the UI is much smoother. Scrolling jitters should be completely squashed and 3D performance is finally where it should be. Unfortunately, the low call audio bug is still there for calls that you receive. That's on the list to be fixed but the UI jitters and poor 3D performance were really bugging me and took priority.

Wow. Based on a recommendation from another user elsewhere on xda, I am now using this ROM on my at&t note2, and I have to say, it's running perfectly. Not one single complaint. Except....
Why are the last couple of pages in this thread filled with posts asking if certain things will work on other ROMs?? I think if some of you went to the "other" ROMs' respective threads, you may get more informed responses. Just a thought. Too much clutter in some normally great ROM threads, and it's really been taking away from the time and effort these devs put in to their work, which is, giving you something for free. Gotta respect that, people, because it seems like once a week, I read a post from a dev saying that he's tired of this, tired of that.
These devs are very tired. Let them work.
