Stuck at bootloader Screen installing RUU zip file Help [Solved]

Hi am trying to reinstall from scracth to my HTC one i am a total Noob i admit and think i have Bricked my phone Help me out .

also when i run boot loader to install rom i keep getting the message

Don't worry it can be fixed , same issue I had before , first tell me can are you unlock , temporary ????

the above RUU his what i get the errors with also and the original RUU that i got from downloading the update but i accidently deleted sorry

1- go back to your post and remove IMEI, that shouldnt be shared online.

2- an OTA is not a RUU.... there is now way to flash an OTA!!

3- there is no ruu for you

4- go unlock your bootloader again

5- what's the whole point of this exercise?

Have just unlocked my HTC one with HTCdev so am not unlocked again but no idea where to go from here

You need to flash custom recovery TWRP 2.6.3.3

fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader

when you get in TWRP you need to adb sideload a rom
TWRP / Advanced / Sideload
From PC adb /fastboot folder
you use
adb sideload guru_reset_m7_2-24-161-1-zip

When installing the Reset choose Yes to install stock recovery and No to Root
this will allow you to take the OTA update. After setting up your phone takeing all the OTA updates
then flash back your custom recovery and Root

I think he tried to install the OTA as a ruu and it borked his phone

download stuck

TWRP 2.6.3.3 download is stook at 99.99% any other place to download the file ?

back to TWRP

have put the guru rest rar into fastboot folder when i go to sideload it gives me 2 options
1 wipe Delvik Cache
2 wipe cahe

sorry i am a total Noob at this

check both and swipe to begin sideload
and it's gurureset.zip not rar
from command prompt on pc
adb sideload gurureset.zip

Didn't I already say all this ?

still getting errors

Sorry but i am still geting the same errors in ADB sideload even with not wiping the caches

then you need to
adb push guru_reset_m7_2-24-161-1.zip /sdcard/

I'm assuming that's the name of your file, if not correct it

Think i have pushed the Guru zip but when i goto install in TWRP i get what his shown in the picture what do i need to do now ? no matter how long i wait it his still saying the same do i reboot phone ? then go back nto recovery ?

rebooted

Rebooted back into recovery and the push didnt work managed to delete all cache and got sideload to load up on phone but just my luck it wont work in dos window
