Please help phone soft bricked!

Can somebody please help me I soft bricked my Kyocera Hydro Edge. I'm not quite sure how to fix this problem. Can anyone please please help me or point me in the right direction I cannot find anything on this anywhere.

Try Installing Stock ROM

The Best Solution To Unbrick a Phone is To Reinstall Stock ROM...
As i Searched For Your Device i Was Unable to Find a Source Where From You Can Download Stock ROM For Your Device..
Sorry!!
The Solutions Which Only Lies Here is To Take Back Your Device To Your Manufacturer....

Thanx that's the issue I'm having finding that I've looked everywhere without luck
