[HELP] My screen is blinking ...

Hey guys

I have a little problem here ..

My screen is blinking for a sec then it back to normal and it happen about 2 times/day ..

Any one know the reason ? and the solution too ofc

Both .. it blink on & off and there is a horizontal line :/
