Is there anyway I can unlock my phone so it can be used for any carrier if I'm 4.0.4 ICS? If you sim unlock it, it should be fully unlocked no matter which Android version you're using.
Also try to delete tracking id from url, if you care to.

Tmobile code was useless and could not unlock for me (even their techies could not)...but the link below did work for me

I used the app from helroz to unlock my vibrant and my cappy. It worked liked a charm. I highly recommend it.
