Dude, these ROMs began a week apart. I follow and read this forum daily since Jan 9th (when I got my YP-G70CW). Back then pretty much only rumirand was doing any work for International devices, and obviously Entropy512 on his US ROM.

I've tested and used both Meticulus' and eng_matt's ROMs. I think it's unfair to say one person took from another, I also considered building a ROM for this device when rumirand first began his work and in reality there's very little that you can actually do different. TouchWiz to TouchWiz4.5, get the latest build of Gingerbread you can find, maybe some customisation and performance tweaks... both Meticulus and eng_matt have pushed the boat out on this one and gone way above and beyond what popped into my head and for that I credit them both.

Obviously there's some sort of dispute between then regarding the device_id hack, I think it would be a shame if eng_matt were to stop using the hack in his ROM over Meticulus' objection, especially as eng_matt fully credits Meticulus' work. However they decide to resolve this is up to them, but ultimately it's Meticulus' descision to discontinue developing. You can't blame eng_matt for that, it's unfair to someone who gives so much of his time to this community, just as it would be unfair to Meticulus if the roles were reversed.

Oh, and have to say, I flashed this ROM over my current installation and it's really beautiful. From the startup animation through to the theming. Normally I hate developer themed ROMs as I'm very picky and hate "tack". Doing a factory reset and flash now, give me a nice clean start to build a good environment from

Hey eng_matt, I've been using v3 for a few hours now, some things to note:

Bugs:
- "Extra Quickpanel buttons added + long press for each button." no longer works. Default quickpanel buttons are back
- ES File Explorer is still bugged, can't explore ROOT.

Notes:
- GPS is working perfectly for me now, don't know what you did but haven't had GPS working on either your or Merticulus' ROM in weeks. Seems QUICK on getting a lock too.
- Boot Animation is a nice choice

Battery indicator and all theming elements display correctly.
- Would be nice if your reboot menu would appear on long power button hold opposed to default power menu.
- Quadrant has indeed improved ~50 points. ROM is very responsive, thank you!

Ok I've put this ROM on my player.
But the Music app isn't working. It says that the app has stopped unexpectedly.
I had this same problem with Meticulus' ROM. Hopefully it will be restored soon.

Here is something that is interesting. If you open "/system/build.prop" you see "GINGERBREAD.ZCKPA.FOREIGNER" Shouldn't you change that? I wouldn't want anyone to think that this is my rom...

Yeah you are right , ı used your build.prob because for sudo hack need to add some new words..

Umm, that doesn't do anything.

You can delete it and nothing changes. I was experimenting and I just forgot to remove it.

Well, it just seem to me that your rom has my rom's name on it. If it were me, I'd just change it like: "GINGERBREAD.ZCKPA.ERYGIT" but whatever...

Howmany times i need to say , I used your build prob , I say it because for sudo hack , and when I was see that , I think I need some sudo words and used your build.prob , you can see , i also added , for gameloft games and changed product name GT-I9000 for play some games , also I added some my changes in build.prob , I read all words don't worry.

By the way , I am working on my rom at least 1 month , and nearly 15000 people download and used it. I didnt began this work today.
