Optimus G, Navigation Bar and LG Apps Crash

Hi I am trying to use navigation bar on G stock KitKat but the problem is some very important LG Apps like QuickMemo get broken with it. That's how it looks:

Check the weather and voice recorder. Even their icons are gone.

reinstall them , or reinstall the rom

from framework , its happened to me
i just reinstalled the rom and now its ok . no more problems

So you say I have to hard reset, right? Fresh install with build.prop edited beforehand?
