the 3 dots tweaks has been removed from viper 4.1.0?

I noticed the 3 dots tweaks has been removed from the tweaks.however is that possible to run apps in full screen without the three dots at the bottom?

I don't use the ROM but i think it is an option available

you can choose to have the three dots or not

settings----> display,gestures&buttons---->home then you get 2 choices.

the one with "swipe up for google now, press and hold for menu" is WITHOUT 3 dots

Thanks for your answer but this option its removed on viper for the rom tweaks
