Recently I was browsing some threads about the new note 10.1 (2012) update and I found a rom based on the latest firmware 4.4.2 kit kat. I really liked the fact that it had the note 10.1 (2014) features built-in.

There's only one downside to this rom (like all custom roms
), it needs a full wipe. But I'm a bit lazy and I don't want to backup all my apps and restore all data. I know it's based on a firmware update and normal updates don't need a full wipe. So is it possible to flash this rom without losing all my apps and without wiping everything?
I read something about only clearing Dalvik and cache, but I want to be sure. I'm on clockwork recovery and have the stock Gt-n8010 rom.
