@Doomed151, dude which kernel would you recommend for your latest upcoming build(based on .431)?i see no kernel is fully functional or they are outdated with the latest firmware..

your experience? battery life + performance? i heard arcKinght is also working but some people are getting many problems..

I'll go with doomkernel. It runs smooth and fast. Battery life is okay.

You advice stock kernel with cwm (.562).
Is it ok to flash stock kernel from .431 with cwm (since thats the firmware base of your rom) -> http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1680793

I tried allready with Doomkernel, ArcKnight and the 562 stock with CWM.
I get best battery lifetime with the modified stock one (2,5d with light usage but full synchronisation). all others are about 1-1,5d with same usage.
but according the thread of the xarc kernel battery lifetime is fine as well.

I´m running it now. No problems so far. Hard to say how is battery life. Will report after few days
Meanwhile Arconium 4.0 will be launched I am using this kernel with official ICS 4.0.4. It seem to be strong, stable and during one night better battery than with DoomLord kernel and 3.c Arconium. Will see battery behaviour later.
Working fine for me, but this is stock so no O/C, governor/scheduler change, undervolting/...
On my device (with this kernel), it never goes over 806Mhz, don't know why.
Battery life is very good (with BB72 too)

Please do NOT use any of my customized scripts for your own release. Using them as reference is fine though.
Known Issues for 5.0
- Touch controls might not work in AROMA Installer.
- As with stock ICS, phone/contacts may take a while to start for the first time after boot.
- If you didn't do a full wipe when coming from 4.1.B.0.431, you might have problems deleting bloatware.
Troubleshooting
- Flash the corresponding modules from the kernel you use (unless "modules included" is written) to make sure WiFi works properly.
- If touch doesn't work in AROMA Installer, you can use hardware keys to navigate (like CWM).

- Copy update zip to SD card.
- Flash a suitable baseband using FlashTool.
- Flash one of the listed kernels or any compatible ones.
- Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery.
- Flash zip package.
- Follow on-screen instructions.
- Reboot.

Before you start flashing: Keep in mind that this release is untested by me but it should work. Always make a backup beforehand in case I did a major ****up in this release.
