Themed Pandora based off version 1.3

Now in red!
Now in white!

Changes
Version 1:
Auto resume after navigation prompts and phone calls
No ad's at all

Version 2:
Unlimited skipping

Known Issues:
After skipping 6 songs a thumbs down will not skip the song automatically

Let me know what other colors you would like and I will try and add them.

Uninstall any previous versions of Pandora first

And, on my phone, which is MDPI, the play controls are on the album art. In other words, it's a bit higher than what you have on the first screenshot. Maybe you could try to fix it? Regardless, wonderful job.

If you go to a different station and back to the same one again you can skip 6 more times but I am working on removing the limit altogether.

Mdpi version is up its separate from the original because the xml is the same for hdpi and mdpi so if you install the mdpi version on a hdpi device the controls will be at the very bottom of the screen
