If there aren't any magnets, then this thing must have one hell of a gravitational pull.
If it's anything like other qi chargers it'll be ~20%/hour. I'll do a test when I get home to verify this.

Thanks for the Pics with and without the case. I have that same case, does the phone ever slide off with the case on?

I've taken the case off since getting it, but it does stay on quite well with the case on.
If you programmed an NFC tag to launch a nightime clock app and attached it to the charger, would it interfere with the way the charger holds the phone in landscape?
I doubt it. As long as the nfc tag is fairly flat should work just fine.

Everything about this charger is GREAT! Highly Highly Highly recommend it as a mate to all DNA's.

Got mine in. I don't believe there are magnets. It certainly doesn't adhere with a click like the Palm Touchstone did with the Pre. That being, it does stay on quite well as long as your not tapping too hard on the corners of the screen. I've been having an overheating issue where the orange light comes on for 3 seconds, goes off for 1, rinse and repeat. Not sure if I have a defective one or something...
I'm glad this was finally released! I just ordered mine. I have the Nokia DT-900 which works well, but my cat chewed the wire and I've been unable to find a replacement. I HATE having to charge my phone through USB. That little cover is so delicate. Mine actually broke off the day before I dropped my phone (shattering the screen) so in a sense I'm glad I got a replacement. I think the phone looks really ugly with the USB cover missing, so I'm trying to stick purely with wireless charging.

4Magnet lightly holds. The surface of the orb is quite sticky and holds it just fine by itself - the magnet is obviously less apparent with a case on.
