Nexus 4 with bumper case - request for photos

I don't see any difference in those pictures and the ones without any bumper so where is the bumper or was the wrong picture posted in error?

Bingo. The Play web page also quotes the same dimensions as the phone too.

Thanks for the pics. Can you play music and lay the phone down (screen up, speaker down) to see if the bumper gives it enough space for the speaker to output enough volume?

Sure. Im setting it up right now and then i'll check it out. I was busy at work and just getting a chance now (stupid work lol)

Cool, provides a nice lip so the back doesn't touch the desk when you have the phone lying face down. Exactly what I was hoping for. Like to hear some impressions on how if feels.

Ok i tested it out. It does lift it up a little bit, but it still sounds muffled to me, but not as much with no bumper. I flipped it over and let the speaker side be up and obviously it was much better (duh). The bumper prevented the front glass from hitting my desk, so i wouldn't see a reason to need to have it speaker side down.

It feels very premium. They did a really nice job with it. The side is an aluminum type plastic with a rubberized grip running along side of it. The buttons push in really easily, but still have some resistance. It makes it feel like your pressing the button as if there was no case. I ordered a few TPU cases, but i'm really happy with this bumper. I think it will provide the same type of protection as a TPU case, with the exception of the back glass. I really need to find a screen protector for the back. Until then the one that came with it will have to do.

Ah, very cool. I like to leave my screen facing up so I can see the LED. I was mainly concerned with being able to hear rings/notifications when it's laying on a desk or table.

Does the bumper make it any harder to slide in/out of your pocket? Ugh, I seriously wish my phone would just come so I can quit bugging other people with these questions! I haven't heard a WORD since I ordered 2 minutes after orders went live!

It does not make it harder to slide out. And i have no problems fielding any issues. I know the pain somewhat (my wife's phone is still in limbo and we ordered like minutes apart). My other order is also still BO, but i really cant complain. At least i got one.

its made out of the same material as the outside, but just smooth. So its like a rubberized plastic i guess.

Cool thanks. Do you install it just like an iPhone bumper? I remember my bumper got loose over time and I'm wondering if this will be a better fit and remain snug.

Also wondering about dirt and dust collection around the edges. The iPhone bumper had to be removed to wipe off the edges of the screen and get the dirt out every once in a while.

Does the bumper negate the curved glass sides that LG used?
