Ya, I understand where your coming from. Have you tried looking for the odin files elsewhere? I thing there is a website called samfirwares or something like that, I'll try to find it. Its a funky site to navigate through though.

How are you guys getting the 3.2 OTA in the U.S? I have tried for the last hour it says "No update Available" this is on a brand new tab stock.

Update successful

Updated to 3.2 tonight using Kies. Problems initially with Kies connecting to Tab. Clicked on diagnose connection problem in Kies and it reinstalled USB drivers. Prompted to reboot. Once complete, Kies connected to Tab. I was then prompted that there was a firmware update. I installed with no issues. Make sure you are running most recent version of Kies.

This update was not available OTA on Tab for me.

Hi guys and gals

I was having the same issues after doing the OTA (without kies). What I did to solve the problem was to download Odin and download the 3.2 rom from the development section and reinstall 3.2. Doing that solved all of my problems. I can now connect to wifi with no problems. Auto rotate works just like it should. I would suggest this to anyone having issues with their tab 10.1. Also my tab is not rooted. I was able to do the whole process without having root.

I would suggest to do a factory reset before performing the 3.2 reinstall

Go here for Odin (look for FilesForDummies.zip)

Sammy messed up big. Imagine how many users have no-wifi connection... So when they come up with a patch, users have no wifi connection to update it through :D....

that leaves only Kies or CWM as options, but that's a bit sophisticated for general audience, don't you think?

That's just the tool (ODIN) to flash the firmware on the first link. If you never used ODIN before, spend sometime to learn it before you do the flash. It is quite easy to brick your tab if you don't have any idea what you're doing.

This must be a blessing in disguise for me.

Every so often I check to see if there is an update over wifi, when I did I didnt find one. So I then plug into kies and check but to day I cant for the life of me get my tab to connect to kies. And then I came here and found the issues with the 3.2 update, so I will stop trying lol.

But ugh I hate kies so much, lol I always have issues with trying to connect to it.
