as the TyTN is one of the very few PDA phones having a macro mode camera it would be ideal for reading even tiny QR Codes, such as the ones on some (Japanese) business cards.
While the QR client works perfectly on my Qtek 8300 Smartphone I haven't so far been successful in running it on the TyTN.
I'm afraid it is because of the different camera driver of the (very new) Hermes platform.
