excuse the noobish Q
but i have 2 choises right??
flash Alpha 2 then flash Tablet Mod on top
or
flash an ICS rom then flash Tablet Mod on top right??
Thnx in advance
Lol isn't that still the same choice, alpha 2 is an ics rom so your choice is flash this over an ics rom! Idk about revamped i would read that thread and see if they say its working there!
alright I finally go thtis systemui to be full hybrid ,meaning you can change the dpi to make it look like original was , so its truely liek it should have been .
will now fix the connection icon and will try to figure out why we cant change the lockscreen wallpaper but you can use milocker and wset the wallpaper to whatever you want .

I prefer widget locker for my lockscreen
No issues at all with it. You can also change the wallpaper to whatever you want with it.

Thumb keyboard 4 works great and completes tablet mode nicely
You can set custom backgrounds (I just set the ics wallpaper for an example).
They also have stock ics look and many others built in.

Nice layout dude! Did you do a full wipe before flashing or did you just flash?
Alpha III was garbage and froze every 10 seconds.
wiping and installing Alpha II now. How the hell do I get tablet mode?
Does S-pen fully work?
Edit
WTF Alpha 3 probably broke my phone..
I reinstalled TWICE, using alpha 2, and factory wiped FIVE TIMES, wiped cache 5 times, wiped delvik cache 5 times, fixed permissions, installed alpha 2, and it's still alpha 3 somehow. I know I didn't confuse ROMS either. tthey are complete different file names. HOW THE HELL IS THIS POSSIBLE?
other than being a virus infection, I have no idea how this is possible, how do I delete EVERYTHING on my phone, and re flash to a fresh rom?
Try go into Cwm and mounts and storage and format system and boot, then get the file from the ics pic and full wipe/cache/dalvik and flash alpha2 then the tablet mod zip and fix permissions before first boot, if that doesn't work then you'll have to flash stock tar in case of brick from da_g thread thru odin .

Here are some Hybrid instructions with the new pad.prop:
I have found it easier to run tablet UI and push apps to higher than 213 to make them look like normal phone apps and keep whatever works tablet mode untouched. You also have the option to use Phone UI and force apps the apps that have a tablet UI into DPI 213 and under.
The build.prop and pad.prop work as a team.
The line in build.prop:
# for 480x800 panel
ro.sf.lcd_density=
decides if your phone is going to be base tablet or base phone.
-if you put 213 or lower it will be base tablet with the fancy buttons at the bottom of the screen and the pop notification from the lower right.
-if you put 214 or higher it will be base phone with the normal phone look
if you want tablet UI with forcing phone into apps that do not have a tablet UI or look weird in tablethow i do it)
build.prop line should be 213
pad.prop:
pa.system_default_dpi=213
pa.user_default_dpi=(whatever you want, just remember the bigger you go, the harder it is to see text on tablet UI apps)
If you want Phone UI with forcing apps with tablet UI into tablet mode
build.prop line should be 214 or higher
pad.prop:
pa.system_default_dpi=213(this make the status bar and fonts really small)
pa.user_default_dpi=(again, whatever you want, but the bigger you go the harder it is to see text in tablet UI apps)
AND AND AND AND AND
you have to put the apps that have tablet UI into /system/app folder
