Nice work... first flash had camera issue, it wont even work although camcorder does.. im going to flash the kernel and c if it fixes the camera... will edit with info.
EDIT: The kernel fixed the camera but camcorder still has noises.... front camera is the right way.... very nice

And could you upload ZN kernel, don't want to download the whole rom.

Here is the kernal from ZN Custom Firmware by zeronull.
just use install.bat to install this to your tab (have android debugging enabled)
This is all zeronull an company's script for flashing the kernal I take no credit for this.

This kernal allows you to use a app like setcpu to control the cpu frequency an change the govenor (on demand seams to give the best results)

Hey Civato. I would like to see the extra debugging options on the A100 rom. I don't know anything about creating roms but if it helps all of the extra options seemed to work fine when I was running your A500 rom on the A100. Thanks for all your hard work.

Does this rom fix any issues with playing games on ICS (the usual issues that have plagued ICS like freezing screen...non-responsive screen...lack of compatibility etc)...Have some games started working? (Shadowgun...MC3...etc)

I think it's something I did wrong to be honest... I know if more people would have experienced it I would have heard about it by now, but doesn't hurt to ask. The other issue I have is that root explorer won't mount /system as rw; in order to moun it rw I have to open up terminal emu run "mount -o remount, rw /system/" and THEN attempt to mount /system in root explorer.

Excellent news, really enjoyed the first proper release for the A100, love DSP manager for compression over Bluetooth, Bravia engine looks good on my girlfriend's desire

    I don't have a A100 so I cannot fully test it , I test this rom on my A500 and G100W with a boot.img for those devices.
    This rom is a full base of the leaked ICS rom for the A100
    Active support is not my thing as I don't have a lot of time with 3 roms going on.
    But if I can I will jump in and try to help
    civ.

    PLEASE FOLLOW THIS TO THE LETTER , if not acer ring and other stuff won't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Installation,
    first take a full nandroid backup !!!!!
    -wipe all , factory reset , format !!
    -flash rom first with cwm or RA recovery
    -flash extra system apps if you want them


    FLEX-A100-REAPER-RELIX_Rev2

    Naked rom with no extra's , use the AROMA packages to customize your tablet.
    Default kernel in rom is

    CUSTOMIZING AROMA PACKAGES
    A100 users will need to reflash correct acerRing if they use a theme.

    FLEX-THEME_INSTALLER-ver2 (58MB)
    install 9 different themes , enable/disable AcerRing and a choise of 3 different bootanimations.

    FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER-ver2(274MB):
    install all the Acer apps , extra apps and Widgets that you want . (Games/Acer file managers are installed in data so can be removed from within the app drawer)

    FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER_noGames-ver2(130MB)
    (Same as package above but no games so file is smaller)

    FLEX-WIPER-ver2: (3.8MB)
    Use this if you want to remove any of the apps or widgets you installed with the FLEX-WIDGAPP-INSTALLER (except , games/Acer file managers are removed from within the app drawer)
