Just upgraded to 2.1 and then used X10Flash to go back to 1.6

It all worked fine!

So we can all go back to what we want when 2.1 is available for your perfered country\kit etc, which I'm glad as I want Generic UK back

why would u want to downgrade for 2.1 has more screens and hd video recording amd faster time scape ?

So you can update with your own country's firmware and not the Nordic One.

also u can downgrade to 1.6 using SE Tools which is safe flasher for sony ericsson....and select SE tools old file to downgrade

Can you tell us WHICH flashtool you used to downgrade to 1.6?
Is it the original one that is found in the Decrypted ROMS thread which came out months ago?

yeh me to, i tried to downgrade, and just messed up one of my x10s, it wont flash anymore, its just stuck on the sony ericsson logo, so can you please provide a detailed explanation to how you accomplished this, and i own a x10a with rogers

where can i get all the x10 firmware files including indian ? pls help me out i want to flash back to indian 26 firmware which was generic n not branded
