Well it is merged with that tree... But thenprob still seems to happen ... Last me see what I can do

Ill be honest this is not gonna happen. What is unfair is what the OEM is doing to you users. That is unfair. Just because they want to make some money they are willing to break the law. Sorry but that breaks more then just our GPL rules.

Actually This is not Rule it is By Law All OEM's and Developers Must mandatory Release the Kernel Source under GPL Complience and hence XDA Is strict with GPL Rules this is applicable when OEM has the Source but they dont want to release it .... you can visit below link for further info

    Installation instructions so If installing for the first time:


    To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed

    1. Copy the downloaded AOSB to your phone.
    2. Boot into your recovery
    3. Back up your ROM
    4. Enter recovery
    5. Make full wipe "included "system"
    6. Install the ROM
    7. install GAPPS package - download it from here
    8. Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
    9. Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time
    10. 2 second to up ! and 1 second to restart or shutdown ! it is AOSB
