Settings>developer doesn't show

Hi I have a i9001, i recently flashed cm11 kitkat, but the developer option is not in settings. It was there last time i flashed but than i had to downgrade for barclays pimgit and re-flashed kitkat. Any idea? Do i need to re flash krit-krat or install something else? Ta :confused:

Ok it'easy all you have to do is go to Settings>About Phone, scroll down until you see Built Number, tap that phuker 7 times until it says "you are a phuking developer"! Then the Developer Option will magically show pop! Kids stuff but very funny...hope this help! Give me kudos!
