Don't want to write to every tester again, but some of you guys has a Defy+ and can try the NEW FINAL Test of 2.3.2 ?????

need to know if the new battd works and charges until 100%, but real 100%, and please after a 100% charge play around with it and charge again, because some Users saying it works the first time, but second time not.

because there is only one translation bug ( for us Germans ) which is found by my community, until that, no bugs found and I can start with WhiteRabbitEdition 1.4

Do me one favour. You trying the new test, so you? Just install in with non wipe over your version. Du to the save function it is pretty easy only non wipe has to be selected. AND choose CM7 Wifi Stock Driver. Because mys has some Power Save function and maybe this is the problem. Waiting for you feedback.

Is there any tethering issues with the current version? I can't seem to get wifi tethering to work.. :( using your modified wifi driver.. Getting error on the inbuilt portable hotspot and with the app "wifi tether" there's no AP showing up on any device..

Swyped with my Defy using XDA app. ;)
Gimme a "Thumbs Up" if I've been able to help.. :)

Yea. ... . USB tethering wouldn't work I tried :p .... in white rabbit it did.

and the reason for it is because you posted changelog while I was typing a request for a changelog ;)

but as long as I have your attention, could you answer my question in the white rabbit topic?

I asked a few times for a link to a kernel you thuink is best for your rom, but I have been ignored :D

i think you asked for Defy+ ??? did you ??? I don't have one and therefore I don't have any experience. I am putting only my stuff from my normal WhiteRabbit to a build that is based on jordan nightly I think. I would use Froyo Kernel here in the Forum, but no idea if this works,,, everything is good except Gingerbread 2.3.6 and higher, hate it because it breaks compatability to most of the roms and you need to use the PLUS Version which is based on this jordan nightly. The normal Kang is way better.

AS you see, talking much but I don't have a clue. Defy+ is for me hard to support because I can't check any stuff I make for it, have to trust my community which gives me feedback on that

DEFY+ report! The battery charged to 100% :) This is the first charge, though, on this ROM, so I'll report about the second one, as well! ;)


If anybody knows how to get instant volume rocker wake, please let me know, I miss that from the previous version! :(

New version, cool :D so I can just install the zip from CWM, without any wipe at all, neither data nor cache or dalvik?

Will I have to reinstall every app, every settings, every...everything? .___.

    Hi, this is my last Miui Pikachu Edition. As the Defy gets right now CM10 and more Features are added or Bugs are fixed, it is only a question of time when everybody will be on CM10. Still it has to grow and proof its daily usage, but it is on a good way to get it done in a couple of weeks.

    Still my girlfriend ( which owns the Defy ) doesn't like CM10 at all. She will stay with MIUI V2 for the rest of the Defy live ( maybe until I develop a good Miui V4 Version ) and I thought to make a final FIX Version. This Version added some new features, fixed old ones and have been tested with 4 Versions. This time everything should work perfectly, but as we know this are custom roms, there can be always some problems.

    I will still provide SUPPORT and if something has to be fixed it will be.

    Really Easy!!! just boot into CWM and click on install zip -> choose zip and everything will be explained during the installation. My last version was also made with AROMA Installer, but this time I included more stuff in it. Don't be afraid AROMA Installer is set up in 3 languages; German, English and Spanish.

    IMPORANT!!! this Rom works only on Defy or Defy+ with Froyo Kernel or Gingerbread 2.3.4/5 Kernel. All with 2.3.6 Kernel can try to downgrade to Froyo Kernel, because the new Motorola Kernel won't work with MIUI. Just use this Tutorial on XDA Developers

    @Cacceli : happy that you got it work. The first 2 POPUPS are only to protect Users of Defy+ with new 2.3.6 Kernels to flash it, because it won't boot. This Users need special Roms and MIUI isn't working with 2.3.6 Kernel,,

    @ashwanikoul : if you mean the original MIUI, every week on friday. If you mean a PikachuEdition based on this week MIUI, never. There are no improvements, only one FIX, no need to change anything. For MIUI 4.0,,, you see how Wajk is proceeding, really slow, because there are great developments in MIUI 4.0 right now, but this is still not stable and for daily use, the same with CM9. So it will take at least 2-3 months, I expecting.

    Right now, if I find time, because my newborn son is a really screamer, I will update my LauncherPro and GoLauncher Theme with 45 new Icons and after that a complete redesign of aroma-config for WhiteRabbitEdition will start. Therefore, expect an Update for Pikachu in about 1 Month.

    EDIT::: the NEW WhiteRabbit Edition 1.3 is ONLINE. Firstly only in the BLOG, because I am still waiting for somebody to teste my 2.3.6 Kernel Version. As all users with 2.3.6 Kernels can't really install any other Roms and I don't have a Defy+ to test it. Therefore, the current Version is only for Users with Defy or Defy+ with Froyo or Gingerbread until 2.3.4/2.3.5 Kernel.

    I will translate later one the Tutorial in English and make an own Forum Post. For now you have only to know::

    For the perfect WhiteRabbit Edition Feeling

    1. choose the MIUI Style
    2. choose NewMIUI as a Theme in GoLauncher
    3. Milocker is the perfect Lockscreen alternative
    4. Exdialer the best Dialer, even better than in MIUI
    5. and choose ICONS in Golauncher to be big

    Hi, the new Pikachu Edition 2.4.20 is ONLINE. It includes a lot of new features, the new Base ( but haven't changed much ), everything is up-to-date, SuperCharger works now ( last PE Version had a bug with it ), a new Updater App and many more.

    Try it in the first Post or in our Blog

    P.S. be patient about the Updater App, it doesn't fully work right now. I contacted the developer, because the App works perfect with my CM7 Roms, Miui has some problem. I will fix it, but it is something that has to be fixed on my Server, not in the Rom.

    still the ROM is in progress, no need to rush the UPDATE on 2.4.20 came on Friday and today is Sunday. As you also see is that there aren't any changes in the Changelog from Miui in this Version, this is the reason why the German Community stopped at 2.4.6, because no progress anymore. Anyway, the new Version will be based on 2.4.20

    finished the biggest part with Aroma, Configs, Tweaks, and Mods, what is left is to add all strings to all apps and framework-res.apk, so I hope to be ready with the first test on Monday evening.
