Can I still root my HTC ONE?

I just bought a used HTC ONE that was already updated to 4.3. I understand that the bootloader is locked but can I still root it and install custom ROMs? If yes, can anyone suggest a simple tool or method for rooting? I am not very tecchie but I am good at following instructions

Nope unfortunately you can't do anything at all yet.
