Just curious on how to update my phone to KitKat and if it's even worth it. Rooted my phone a long time ago and am still on JB 4.3. Is there improvements on KitKat? What steps would I have to take to update my rooted phone?

Once you're up and running, see how the NC2 modem works for you. If you're signal is weak, you try swapping out for the NC4 or MJE modem here:

I'm confused. What Exactly Do I have to flash? I'm downloading deodex NC2. Do I have to dl a kernel as well?
