Yes, it's normal.
It's a Handheld Computer with the Power like a Laptop or Desktop PC. [emoji2]

Obviously, if you play games, device needs to generate more power and use more battery. All the battery power is used to run the CPU, in order to process data, as a result you get heat and data.

Don't worry, everything is fine.
I don't play with my Note, but if I stream Music, Navigation active and surf the Web at the same time, the temperature goes to 40°C
playing games is much more cpu work.
Enjoy your phone and relax ;)

Lol [emoji2]
Every Device with a CPU goes warm. If this is a issue , so my TV, Laptop, PC and so on is broken ;)
All devices have a aktiv or passiv cooling unit, just Mobile Phones don't have. 43°C is under this circumstances a good result.
Hope you understand my bad English and you know what I try to told you? :)

Try going up to 70C° while playing games.....
Now that's not normal!

In your case, it's absolutely regular to have this kind of temperatures. Don't worry about it. If you notice the phone is getting hot(not warm, but really hot), then it's not normal...
