Like I said, Alltel was just fine with me using all the data i wanted, which seems to have been grandfathered in just as it should have been, hence the reason I'm probably not throttled. I only get 3mbps in my area anyway... so i wonder if I'm not being throttled just because it'd not a hugely populated area?
I dont use data. Im on att gophone plan for a cheap unlimited texting plan but as far as wifi goes. Ive used as much as 10gigs in a month. YouTube. Pandora. Downloading from Google Play. And an assortment of other app data usages. Mainly from YouTube though which in HD actually uses a lot of data pretty quickly.

I get $50 credit $950 mybonus, unlimited text, calls and mms on a $50 recharge. I used about 1gb a month on my u8180 but 3Gb on my current phone.
