[Q] bugreport.txt notification twice a day

Twice a day I get a notification bugreport.txt. it generates a 15mb text file and attaches it to an email. I have developers options turned off and USB debugging un checked. Does any one know what is causing this and how to stop it. Other then this phone is working great

need to explain what phone you have, what firmware and what ROM

we can't guess
