Try to flash a recovery true ADB .. any will do ... if you can still get into your phone ... try freegee app its on playstore to instal an recovery .. !!
Do you have access to TWRP or download mode at all?
(hold vol down + power until LG logo, let go and hold the same buttons again for recovery; vol up for download mode)
